The controller of personal data processed on this platform is Hunki, operator of hunki.app.

• Email and login credentials (Supabase Auth)
• Date of birth and age confirmation
• Cryptographic hash of tax ID (creators in Brazil). We never store plain-text CPF
• Public profile data: username, display name, bio, avatar
• Pix key for payouts (creators)
• Transaction data processed via Mercado Pago

• Contract performance and service delivery
• Eligibility verification (18+) and fraud prevention
• Payment processing and creator payouts
• Legal and tax compliance

4. Who We Share With

• Mercado Pago: payment processing (Pix and card)
• Supabase: database hosting and authentication
• Resend: transactional email delivery
• Vercel: application hosting

We use essential session and preference cookies. Details in our Cookie Policy.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After closure, tax and transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data.

You can also delete your account in Account settings.
