Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hunki platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you are 18 or older.

3. Creator Content

Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish. Hunki does not produce, endorse, or verify creator content. It is expressly prohibited to publish:

• Any content involving minors under 18
• Non-consensual content
• Content that violates third-party rights

4. Payments and Revenue Split

Pack purchases are processed by Hunki via Mercado Pago (Pix or card). The Platform retains 20% of each transaction as a service fee. 80% is paid to the creator within 5 business days after a withdrawal request.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) where applicable.
