Refund Policy

1. Product Nature

Digital packs are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Because this is instant-access digital content, refunds are exceptional.

2. When We Issue Refunds

• Proven duplicate charge
• Pack unavailable or corrupted after payment
• Content significantly different from what was advertised
• Fraud or platform technical error

3. How to Request

Email contato@hunki.app within 7 days with payment proof and a description of the issue. We review within 5 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the same payment method used for purchase.
